SOFT LIGHT lamps are built in the group's own factories in Guangdong — two production bases, one manufacturing chain. Tooling, metal forming, laser welding, injection moulding, SMT electronics, assembly, burn-in testing and packing all happen under one quality system, which is why we can hold quality stable, quote realistically and keep lead times short for OEM and private-label programmes.

Huizhou base — volume capacity

No. 206, Jinyuan Industrial Area, Xiaojinkou Town, Huizhou, Guangdong. The group's second production base, adding capacity for volume and repeat programmes so that seasonal peaks do not push your order behind someone else's.

Tooling and moulds are designed and built in-house, so design changes and new housings do not wait on an outside toolroom.

Stamping, bending and CNC machining turn sheet and extruded metal into housings, brackets and heat sinks.

Automated laser welding

Automated laser welding gives consistent seam quality on metal arms, shades and structural parts.

Injection & surface finishing

Plastic housings are injection moulded, then sprayed and baked for the finish you specify.

SMT electronics

Automated SMT placement and reflow soldering assemble LED boards and driver electronics on our own lines.

Assembly

More than 30 semi-automated assembly lines build indoor and outdoor luminaires, including the table and bedside lamp programmes.

Burn-in & laboratory

Finished lamps run on burn-in racks and pass electrical and photometric checks in the in-house laboratory.

Finished-goods warehouse ready for dispatch

Packing & dispatch

Retail or project packing to your artwork and carton specification, staged in the finished-goods warehouse until dispatch.

Quality control

Quality is built into the chain rather than inspected in at the end. Incoming materials are checked, SMT and assembly lines run in-process controls, finished lamps pass burn-in and laboratory checks, and every batch is compared against the approved golden sample before packing. The inspection protocol and AQL level are agreed with your order, and dated production photos or a final QC report can be sent before shipment.

The group's operations are certified to four ISO management systems. The certificates are issued to the group's manufacturing entity (Hancon) — we share the original documents and the entity statement with your quotation pack. View the certificates →

Visit the factory

Qualified buyers, brand owners and third-party auditors are welcome at either base. A typical visit walks the tooling and mould workshop, metal forming and laser welding, the SMT line, assembly, the burn-in racks and laboratory, and the finished-goods warehouse — followed by a specification review with the engineering team.

We can arrange collection from Zhuhai Jinwan, Guangzhou Baiyun or Shenzhen Bao'an airport. If travel is not practical, we run a live video walk-through of the lines and can send dated production photos with each shipment.

SOFT LIGHT is the overseas sales brand of the Hancon group, which has manufactured lighting since 1996. Luminaires are produced in the group's own Zhuhai and Huizhou factories on an in-house manufacturing chain, not brokered between subcontractors.

Can I visit or audit the factory before ordering?

Yes. Buyer quality audits and third-party inspections are welcome at either base by appointment, and we can arrange collection from Zhuhai Jinwan, Guangzhou Baiyun or Shenzhen Bao'an airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the lines and QC stations.

What is the typical lead time and MOQ?

Catalogue samples dispatch in 5–10 days, OEM samples with your finish and packaging in 2–3 weeks, and mass production 30–45 days after order confirmation and deposit. MOQ is confirmed per model and finish with the quotation.

Can I see production and QC evidence during my order?

Yes. We can share dated photos or a video walk-through of the lines, the in-process inspection records and a final QC report before shipment; the inspection protocol and AQL level are agreed with each order.
