Table lamp OEM & private label programme

Table and bedside lamps are where most private-label programmes start — compact SKUs, strong retail margins and fast sample cycles. Our portable-light range gives you 113 platforms to brand on day one:

LED table & desk lamps
61 models
Decorative series (coordinated families)
38 models
Bedside & night lights
14 models

Private label table lamps typically launch in one to two weeks: you choose the platform, we apply your logo, colour box and manual. OEM table lamp projects — your finish, your shade material, your dimming interface — run on the same platforms with specification changes, so samples stay fast. Popular starting points: the table and desk lamp range for hotel and retail, the decorative families for coordinated brand collections, and bedside and night lights for gift and hotel amenity channels.

Samples, MOQ & lead times

The three numbers every buyer asks first — stated plainly, confirmed in writing with the quotation.

Catalogue sample5–10 days to dispatchFinish availability; sample cost credited against the first production order
OEM sample (your finish & packaging)2–3 weeksShade/material sourcing, artwork approval for colour boxes
ODM first prototype4–8 weeksDesign complexity; tooling decisions
MOQPer model and finish — confirmed on requestPlatform vs custom; colour-box tooling; finish mix per carton
Production lead time30–45 days after order confirmation and depositQuantity, finish coverage, peak season (confirm at order stage)

Lead-time and sample figures are our standard working values — the quotation states the binding numbers for your models, quantities and finishes.

Development process

A typical OEM/ODM project runs through five stages — timelines depend on customization depth.

  1. Brief & feasibility
Share drawings, a sample or a performance brief. We confirm feasibility, target cost and development timeline.
  2. Engineering & prototyping
Our engineers design optics, drivers and housings; 3D printed and functional prototypes are produced for review.
  3. Sample approval
Pre-production samples with your finish and packaging are submitted for sign-off before tooling mass production.
  4. Mass production
Automated SMT, metal forming, spraying and assembly lines produce against the approved golden sample.
  5. QC & shipment
Incoming, in-line and final inspection before packing to your specification and shipping via South China ports.

One roof, the whole process

Your lamps are not brokered between workshops — every stage from raw material to tested finished goods happens inside our own factories.

Take a look inside the factory

Two production bases in Zhuhai and Huizhou, 30+ semi-automated assembly lines, in-house tooling, metal forming, laser welding, SMT electronics and burn-in testing — all under one quality system. Walk the lines in person, or ask for a live video walk-through before you commit.

Quality control

Quality is built into the chain, not inspected in at the end. Incoming materials are checked, SMT and assembly lines run in-process controls, and finished goods pass final inspection against the approved golden sample. The group's operations are certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) and ISO 50001 (energy management), and products are engineered for destination-market standards such as UL, VDE/TÜV, PSE, BSI, SEMKO and SAA.

Indoor luminaires carry a 5-year warranty; commercial project solutions up to 7 years per specification. View the original certificates →
